This Week in maths we had to make a DLO that showed our thoughts on relationships between 2D and 3D shapes. Here is mine:

2D/3d Relationships

Different Shapes and Names	Similar Shapes (Square, Cubes)	Different Shapes and Names
Is flat	Both Have Faces	Has edges and vertices

Flat Figure		Solid Figure

2d shapes As they are (3) Dimensional.

• And Many More

2D shapes can Be found in your life many of
these shapes can be found on the wall

2D shapes can also be found round your life

• Clock (Circle)
• Window (Square)
• Rectangle (Ruler)
