Going Live For A Day- Dumb Discrimination!

Welcome Back to my Blog!!!
Today I am going to be sharing my invitation to my hubs live day. We are going live to present our work that we have done this term. First we had to chose what type of discrimination we were going to do it on. I chose racism. Then my partner and I had to chose out of: A Poetry slam, Play, Ted Talk or Podcast. We chose a poetry slam. We have written the poem and are really looking forward to the live day. Here is my invitation!

Breakout EDU!

Welcome back to my blog!
Today I am going to be sharing my experience with Breakout EDU.  Breakout EDU is where you go into a space and there is a locked box. The box has multiple different locks that you have to get off. Each breakout has a theme and this year ours was about the movie "Wonder". Wonder is about a boy called auggie who looks differnt to everyone else. We had to fin d clues and then we had to unlock the locks. My group got a time of 13 minutes and 31 seconds. Breakout EDU is really fun a dn I would recommenced it.

In the book Summer is Abby’s best friend and go to for anything. Summer is really pretty
but is really humble and kind. She is super reliable and makes sure abby settles in to her new
school well. I like summer the most because she is so kind to abby and towards everyone else.
She can also be a bit funny at times.

Teacher Strike Day!

Welcome back to my blog! Today I am going to be telling you about what I did on the teacher strike day. First some of my mums friends came around and we played some video games together! I came 3rd in Mario Kart!!!! Then after they left we went to the mall and walked around for a bit. Then when it was time to go we went to the CAT CAFE!! The Cat Cafe is a place where yo go and get some food then you go into this big room where there is all these cat toys and couches and tables. These was also these really big cat climbing things. We ate our yummy food and then we started to play with the cats. There was about 20 cats and a large number of them where kittens. A lot of the cats are up for adoption as the cafe is only fostering the cats that are up for adoption. There was also some cats that they had adopted. There was lots of cats but my two favourites were Einstein and Henry. Einstein was a little kitten and for most of the time we where there he was asleep. When he woke up he came over to us and his fur was very fluffy and looked like it had been blow dried! Henry was a big cat that had been adopted by the cafe and he seemed to like me quite a lot. He came over and was lying on top of me for ages. Overall I really enjoyed the cat cafe and it was really fun. I would definitely recommend  it!
